Tazel.com Payout Request Guide

Everything you need to know to set up your payment account and request payouts on Tazel.com.

How Payouts Work

Payouts on Tazel.com are handled through the WebTokens platform. WebTokens manages all financial transactions securely and confidentially.

Before you can request a payout, you must first have a WebTokens payment account set up and connected to your Tazel.com account.

Step 1: Set Up Your Payment Account

To set up your WebTokens payment account, simply email lesterlinden@tazelme.com and request payment account setup.

  • Your Tazel.com email address will be used to create the account
  • You will be assigned a WebTokens payment account number
  • That account number will be added to your Tazel.com payment information

USA Payment Options

  • Direct Deposit for creators with a U.S. bank account
  • PayPal

International Payment Options

  • Xoom (a PayPal international payment service)

Fees

  • No fee for direct deposit into a U.S. bank account
  • PayPal and Xoom may charge transaction fees
  • PayPal and Xoom may also apply currency exchange fees
  • A 10% WebTokens payment processing fee applies to all payout requests

All payments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Changing Your Payment Method

You can change your payment method at any time by emailing support@tazelme.com.

Please allow up to 5 business days for payment method changes to be processed.

Weekly Payout Schedule

  • Payout request deadline: Tuesday by Midnight (Pacific Time)
  • Payouts processed: Wednesday before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
  • Your account must be in good standing for payout processing

How to Request a Payout

  1. Go to your profile navigation menu
  2. Select More
  3. Click Payout Request
  4. A window will open showing your Primary Balance
  5. Click the + New Request button
  6. Enter your payout amount
  7. Click Request

Once submitted, your payout request will show as In Processing until it has been accepted. Once accepted, the status will update to Paid.

When your payout is processed, you will receive an email confirmation showing your payment method and amount.

Primary Balance

Your Primary Balance is the total amount of your earnings that have not yet been paid out.

Possible Deductions

  • 10% WebTokens processing fee
  • Agent / Producer fee if applicable
  • Platform subscription fee if applicable
